At 120BPM, we believe that it is crucial for people to possess the skills to manage a person’s health and safety, along with the ability to save a life at a moment’s notice. For this reason, we’ll ensure our classes are taught thoroughly but comfortably, and guarantee that all who participate will leave with the knowledge of saving lives.

We’re committed to teaching CPR/BLS and Lifeguarding to its full extent. With our hands-on approach, we’re able to ensure that all knowledge and methods are learned safely and appropriately, to any and all that wish to do so.
